 About the Position:

 

Type: Full Time Regular

Location: Remote or Matrix Medical Network Corporate Office 9201 E Mountain View Road, Suite 220, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Hours: Days and Occasional Weekends 

Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000

 

What to Expect:

Technically support the Member Experience team on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.  Initially, this role will support setting up and managing dynamic scripts and functionality used by our customer service team. Future state, the position will grow into supporting campaign management. This role reports to the Member Engagement team but is a technical role and will partner closely with the IT department and the Contact Center.

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new functionality by assessing, designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing code on time and on budget in an Agile environment
  • Customize and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM, conduct and support solution testing, assist with functional, system and user acceptance testing, and conduct and support user and administrator training
  • Develop custom CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports using the product as well as the SDK and Developer Toolkits
  • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements with or without the development of custom code
  • Ability to design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications like Sales, Field Service and Campaign Management.
  • Lead a team of one or more direct reports in support of this work

 

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Experience leveraging MS platform and supporting programming languages SQL, JavaScript and experience with MS Outlook and Office 365.
  • Successful experience as a manager or team leader in a technical environment
  • Proven record of success in CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft BI suite, MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services to manage the reporting lifecycle (Report Design, Creation, Publishing, Subscription, Alerts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a cross functional, matrix managed environment with a wide variety of teams
  • An eye for details and the drive to execute with excellence
  • Strong self-motivation and self-direction

Preferred:

  • BS or BA degree
  • Demonstrate proven extensive knowledge and technical abilities in Dynamics CRM (D365, 2013, 2011 or 4.0 systems/core, external components and architecture), as well as other Microsoft solution offerings.
  • Certification in Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Dynamics CRM (D365/2013/2011)
  • Healthcare Experience
