Responsibilities

 

About the Position:

 

     Type: Full Time Regular

     Compensation: Base + Bonus + year's of experience 

Location: Primary location is 9201 E. Mountain View, Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. Position is remote. 

Hours: Days, Evenings, occasional weekends and flexible

Responsible for direct growth within Matrix Medical Network’s clinical solutions business. This includes creating and executing an effective sales strategy and to assist in achieving  organizational goals.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Sales and marketing strategies
    • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maintain and attain new markets for growth
    • Defined sales pipeline targets with ability to achieve KPI’s execute on sales plan.
    • Provide input to marketing strategy and execution in order to improve brand presence and marketing materials necessary to increase sales
    • Seeks strategic alliances, distribution partnerships and targeted engagement strategies to drive growth within Matrix Medical Network
  • Market and customer intelligence
    • Funnel market and customer intelligence into strategy development across the organization (e.g., central command center, sales war room, operations war room)
    • Ensure the analysis of new business opportunities through market research and developing marketing initiatives
  • Key account and partner relationships management
    • Lead or support discussions and relationship building with strategic accounts (e.g., F100) and key partnerships (e.g., unions, brokers, safety leaders, CHRO)
  • People development
    • Champion agile working teams to ensure alignment of Sales with the broader organization

Qualifications

Must Haves:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Eight (8) years related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or related environment.
  • Four (4) years of Onsite – Employer Health & Wellness sales Education/knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Knowledge about selling strategies and methods
  • B2B sales and marketing knowledge
  • Deep understanding of the Onsite industry and competition within the space
  • Healthcare products and ecosystem
  • Experience in working with senior management to align marketing and sales strategies and solutions
  • Proven experience and ability to drive initiatives to meet specific KPIs

 

Supervisory responsibilities; Will have direct reports.

Travel: Travel will be required for this position.
