Responsibilities

About the role:

 

Type: Full Time Hourly

Compensation:  $20.00-$25.00/hr.

Location: Remote or 9201 E. Mountain View Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

 

The Member Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling and trafficking of Matrix Medical Network’s member engagement initiatives, including outreach (email, digital, letters, postcards, and flyers) as well as initiatives utilizing other communications channels.  The coordinator will also assist in the day-to-day operation of the company’s member engagement strategy, focusing on regulating the flow of multiple creative jobs through conception to completion. As Matrix member engagement operates in a collaborative manner with other departments, coordination and planning sessions among all the internal players is critical.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the member engagement project work flow, calendar and reporting.
  • Responsible for the project timelines from the creative stage through release of artwork to printers, following up with relevant parties throughout all phases until all components are received.
  • With director of member engagement; regularly communicate status of all projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports, and daily updates.
  • Responsible for traffic of all member engagement creative (email, digital, letters, postcards, flyers, etc.) as well as other collateral as assigned.
  • Create and maintain consistency within project files.
  • Manage archive library of both project and proof files.
  • Traffic liaison between member engagement and other groups or departments.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from required departments during the internal approval process.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or closely related field prefferred. Associate’s degree accceptable depending on experience and skillset.
  • Prefer at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in account / project coordination.
  • Experience in marketing and/or advertising production and traffic helpful.
  • Must have graphic design skills and software knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Required computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent organization and communications skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Multi-tasking Ability - can handle numerous initiatives in an efficient and accurate manner, while maintaining composure and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational Ability - can organize information and work flows to meet deadlines, manage expectations and resources. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills - must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external parties on behalf of the organization.
