Director Six Sigma Process Engineering (Remote)

  • Matrix Clinical Care helps seniors and other at-risk individuals enjoy a better quality of care, experience better health outcomes, and identify chronic conditions that may otherwise go undiagnosed.
  • Matrix Clinical Trials provides rapid and scalable decentralized trial solutions to reach broad and diverse trial participant populations and improve the patient experience. Matrix adheres to the highest standards in quality, compliance, and data collection to accelerate trial completion timelines and support trial partners.
  • Matrix Clinical Labs is a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory that provides state-of-the-art diagnostic services and clinical testing support.

Responsibilities

About the role:

 

 

Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $170,000 to $183,000 a year

Location: Primary location: Remote or 9201 E. Mountain View Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

Leads Lean Six Sigma efforts for business process improvement, standardization and documentation for the enterprise. Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives. Applies disciplines to both support projects and others who are engaged in developing, identifying, analyzing and improving business processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Evaluates, designs and implements Lean Six Sigma strategies, policies, procedures, guidelines and long-term plans to optimize business processes. Integrates the Six Sigma approach into the company's business strategy
  • Develop and implement business process excellence initiatives throughout the organization to analyze and address process and operational inefficiencies by utilizing Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies
  • Develop, direct, implement, and execute business process excellence and process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies, including process mapping and process design
  • Develop and implement key metrics across the organization to review past, current and future performance of business processes
  • Evaluate interventions for effectiveness and return on investment
  • Oversee data analysis and gather processes/programs to establish costs and benefits of process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Conduct analysis of business processes across the organization, identify gaps in the business process, determine its impact to the organization, and recommend action plans and timeline to address these issues
  • Collaborate with various functional areas to achieve optimal results in process redesign and implementation of new methodologies
  • Identify barriers to implementation and develop and propose solutions that address both business needs and customer satisfaction

 

 

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, operations management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels and the ability to manage those relationships effectively
  • Excellent social, communication, and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement
  • Motivated by moving quickly and performing many functions
