Responsibilities

About this Role:

 

 Type: Full Time 

     Compensation: $$62,300.00 - $92,300.00/yr.

Location: Remote - Primary location is 9201 E. Mountain View, Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.   

Hours: Days, Monday-Friday

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mobilization Manager is responsible for managing and executing initiatives that enhance the ability of the company to deliver on its operational, commercial and financial objectives across the enterprise. The role will be a trusted advisor, working closely with key stakeholders to manage implementations as well as day-to-day activities level. This role ensures business-critical projects are governed by a detailed business plan, are resourced, managed, and monitored for progress, are advanced per the agreed schedule and are returning the expected ROI to the company (whether cost out or growth related). In addition, this position is required to directly manage select programs and projects.  

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requires an exceptional level of interpersonal and oral/written communications skills to interact effectively with senior management and gather and provide insights and rationale for various business decisions along with requisite financial and operational data.
  • Partners with other leaders across the company to ensure that all Communication and Planning efforts are aligned with the ideal state and simultaneously look for new ways to improve approach.
  • Partners with appropriate internal and external resources to identify training and development needs for all members of these teams in relation to the planning processes.
  • Takes leading role in new business activity as required and supports leadership working on new business initiatives and products.
  • Responsible for interfacing with the governance and control staff including compliance, audit, legal, risk and human resources to operationalize those cross-functional requirements within Matrix.
  • Responsible for communicating, tracking and driving attainment of stated company goals through effective project management including the on-time delivery of key projects and programs.
  • Acts as a champion, advocate and trainer to ensure that ideation and execution are thriving throughout the enterprise. This may mean instilling brainstorming skills, innovation tactics or working hands on with Managers, SME’s specifically alongside media partners and vendors.
  • Responsible to provide regular executive updates and course corrections to ensure company objectives are being met and adjusted through effective program management

Qualifications

Must Haves:

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Requires proactive leader with the ability to identify key issues, define corrective actions, and drive to resolution and accountability.
  • Requires demonstrated ability to quickly develop and communicate a strategic imperatives to a diverse group of cross-functional leaders of all levels.
  • The ability to work in various contexts within the organization is a must.
  • Proven success in project leadership and project coordination, including strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Concise impactful communicator (written and verbal); presentation development and strong Smartsheet /Excel capabilities are helpful.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience a plus to support stakeholder engagement, as well as identifying efficiencies within the portfolio
  • Healthcare experience a plus to understand applicable regulatory bodies and rules, privacy laws etc.
  • Supply Chain experience a plus help to identify the various business functions and their motivations/criteria for success in a value stream
  • Ability to lead and unite teams to provide customer-centric outputs, to make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems.
  • Familiarity with customer interaction in a business-to-business, and customer service environment.
  • Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and author safety SOPs, and developing standardized processes through the lens of a safety first culture
  • Experience working with large salaried operations in a support function capacity a plus
