Working directly with business leaders, this position is responsible defining talent acquisition strategies, building a robust talent pipeline and full cycle recruiting efforts.

    • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partner to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business strategy
    • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
    • Develop a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing and networking strategies
    • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline of new potential candidates
    • Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: social media, professional associations, networks and company proprietary databases
    • Conduct selection interviews to ensure high caliber candidates are presented to business leaders. Manage the overall selection process to ensure both candidates and managers have the information they need to make informed decisions
    • Work with business leaders to facilitate on-boarding process
    • Develop and implement compelling communication and messaging strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure consistency and compliance with Matrix Medical Network employment policies


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
    • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a highly competitive talent market
    • Demonstrated competency sourcing talent across different functional and vertical business areas
    • Demonstrated ability to attract passive candidates
    • Client service competency, ensuring a positive client and candidate experience
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Highly effective communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels throughout the organization using written, verbal and effective listening skills
    • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
    • Proficiency in computer based programs such as MS Office, applicant tracking systems, on-line resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive social media tool 

    Educational Requirements:


    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. 

    Work Conditions: General office environment.
