$60 per hour.
No call, no nights, Major holidays off. Saturday rotation schedule. 3-12 hour shifts. Advancement opportunities available in the areas of auditing, training, and management. Some Sundays required.
Immediate need for a Full time position Nurse Practitioner who is competent in performing risk stratification assessments for major insurance companies within the Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations.
The NP will be working on a mobile unit covering areas throughout the State of Ohio--including Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.
Paid training is provided to assist in targeting long term chronic diseases such as congestive heart failure, COPD, diabetes, PAD, neuropathy, etc., in accordance with HCC, HEDIS, STARS and quality measures in a mobile clinic setting. A variety of point of care testing such as labs, ultrasound, spirometry, ABI and EKG are immediately available to validate old conditions or diagnose new conditions affecting the long term health of our patients. These test are performed under the supervision of the Medical Director, and in conjunction with a team of cardiovascular technologists and medical assistants on the mobile unit.
