    Our RN - Clinical Engagement Coordinator facilitates the re-engagement process to ensure our clinical providers, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), etc. are equipped for a successful journey by focusing on re-engagement of our existing providers across our Network. The goal is to offer our providers an impactful experience from the start, delivering a re-engagement experience that will inspire our clinicians to do their best work and complete additional work with Matrix Medical Network.

     

    The RN - Clinical Engagement Coordinator enhances the experience and creates a feeling of personalized support as they guide our providers through re-engagement activities; including but not limited to cross product introduction, completion negotiations and clinical education. Together, all of these components are designed to make our clinicians feel like part of our Matrix community and well-prepared to successfully navigate the exciting and fast-moving world of healthcare.

    Responsibilities

    • This position will support the Clinical Operations Team in all areas to create the best re-engagement experience for all identified clinical providers
    • Provides concierge-like service to providers; connecting them to Recruiting, HR Administration, Credentialing, and Clinical Education as well as others
    • Facilitates all onboarding activities for Clinical Providers including maintaining new hire paperwork,  coordinating background screenings, provider credentialing, and clinical education as necessary
    • Serves as point of contact for Provider inquiries and escalates appropriately
    • Acts as Clinical Outreach Onboarding Administrator; initiates and sends orientation correspondence to assessors
    • Provides timely and helpful responses to providers addressing via phone, text, and email outreach.
    • Initiates outreach to ensure and enhance provider experience
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements: Current RN License/ LPN License and College degree required

     

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Two years in a service-related role, experience in a call-center preferred
    • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate to all levels throughout the organization using written, verbal and listening skills
    • Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
    • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both external and internal customers, acts with customers in mind by exhibiting professionalism and courteousness
    • Passion for service and helping people solve problems
    • Ability to think independently, make decisions, while adhering to company standards and guidelines
    • Consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism, demeanor and confidentiality by using initiative and judgment
    • Consistent and unwavering attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including, Outlook, Word and Excel, SharePoint

    Supervisory Responsibility: None
