    Clinical Administrative Assistant - Temporary 

     

    The Clinical Administrative Assistant plays a critical role within in clinical assessment line of business in order to optimize clinical provider productivity and to ensure all key performance indicators are on track to achieve business and client objectives. *This role is a short term project and considered a temporary assignment    

     

    The Clinical Adminstrative Assistant is responsible for assigning case work and providing educational support to our clinical providers, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in order to achieve client and clinical objectives.  This position will work to quickly and efficiently assign cases to appropriate Providers as well as make follow-up contacts to ensure cases are progressing through the work-flow to completion.  In addition, will also effectively handle a wide range of technical and operational questions in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for assigning cases to clinical providers, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
    • Provides timely and helpful responses to providers addressing via phone, and email outreach
    • Initiates outreach to ensure and enhance provider experience
    • Serves as point of contact for Provider inquiries and escalates appropriately
    • Provide educational support to providers
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred or equivalent experience.

     

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience providing operational and analytical support
    • Proven successful experience as a communicator (both written and oral) and strong listening skills
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize work
    • Self-directed and resourceful; demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision
    • Track record of working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
    • Exceptional organizational skills. Able to follow through on multiple, concurrent priorities
    • Strong interpersonal skills. Effectively maintains collaborative and productive working relationships
    • Consistently demonstrates high level of professionalism and confidentiality
