    Project Administrator 

    The Project Administrator will handle a variety of activities across the Strategic Operations & Quality Operations organizations including but not limited to assisting the Executive staff and other areas of the business. This position will contribute to multiple projects to ensure coordination and implementation align to company goals. This role will be responsible for project and activities planning, coordination, and implementation that enhance the development of both our associates and the organization.Social Media_corporate 7 for iCIMS

    • Create, administer, track, and report on multiple projects within the Strategic & Quality Ops departments including, but not limited to, data analyzing, preparation of communications, and drafting organization charts, support creation of executive PowerPoint presentations or editing of policies and guidelines.
    • Assists in the development of presentations for report outs to the executive staff
    • Coordinates Employee Appreciation, incentive programs, and engagement activities
    • Owns company employee surveys: software, creating, monitoring and reporting
    • Responsible for the maintenance of the SharePoint sites for the Credentialing, Strategic Ops, Quality Ops, & Integration sites – designing, granting permissions, creating/uploading deliverables
    • Manage daily work-flow of the company by providing administrative support for the day-to-day activities
    • Schedule meetings, coordinate schedules, respond to or redirect telephone inquiries and email requests, as needed 
    • Inventory and order supplies, as needed
    • Management and upkeep of general office areas
    • Schedule and oversee all-staff activities
    • Research and resolve assigned issues
    • Coordinates the readiness of town halls, employee events including meeting space, materials, supplies, vendors, etc. 
    • Builds and maintains relationships with all Matrix employees in order to stay knowledgeable of any initiatives, projects and activities that could benefit the company
    • Completes assigned work in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
    • Other duties as assigned


    Educational Requirements:

    • Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience
    • 1 to 3 years of business writing experience required
    • 1 to 3 years project management experience


    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MSWord, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Excel. Ability to learn new software programs and technology tools quickly
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good command of the English language Proven ability to pro-actively manage multiple priorities

    • Must have a strong attention to details, in addition to strong editing, & organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain professional demeanor in high stress situations
    • Must have a proven track record of providing excellent customer/client experience
    • Strong ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
    • Must be comfortable speaking to all levels of the organization including small or large audiences
    • Must have strong research, problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Must be an independent self-starter
    • Must be flexible to work within varying hours as needed to complete the tasks to support Matrix partners
