Production Planning Manager
Health-care Experience Preferred
The Production Control Manager is responsible for the end to end production of Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHAs) in the home and facility setting for their assigned region. The Production Control Manager is the main point of contact for addressing issues with staffing, overall capacity utilization, and production. This position is responsible for ensuring corporate and client production goals are met and strategically diagnosing and solving the challenges that could impede the production of CHAs. The Production Control Manager is responsible for Managing a team of production control analysts to ensure production schedules can be met and that client needs are the first priority of the team. This position analyzes client demand and works with the production control analysts to appropriately plan capacity to meet the demand. This position must work effectively with the Production Planning, Contact Center, and Clinical Operations to ensure all key performance indicators are on track to achieve business and client objectives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in depth specialized training program.
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
Advanced ability in math and computer skills
Supervisory Responsibility: Production Control Manager will be assigned to a specific region and needs to be able to effectively Manager 2 to 4 analysts.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
