    The Marketing Analyst serves as the primary analytics liaison with external and internal stakeholders. Develops and implements the tracking, reporting and optimization protocols consistently across marketing channels. Communicate plans, insights and actions in a concise and meaningful way to improve the effectiveness of all marketing disciplines. 

     

    The Marketing Analyst position will be responsible for organizing and structuring data to ensure the organization is aligned. This position is responsible for identifying and delivering insights and recommendations through marketing campaigns reporting. An important part of the Marketing Analyst position involves measuring the effectiveness of the membership marketing campaigns. In additional the Marketing Analyst will record and assist with planning future campaigns based on the data.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement, analyze and suggest actions based on A & B testing results
    • Organizes, maintains and supports data structure for all marketing campaigns
    • Supports member engagement specialists on innovative and timely implementation of business solutions and client requests
    • Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to include mail, email, calls and texts to achieve member engagement goals
    • Develop tools for tracking campaign responses and identify future campaigns that will yield positive results
    • Works cross-functionally to maintain common usage files and partners with IT on data sourcing
    • Pro-actively identifies opportunities to improve outreach strategies based on trending data analysis
    • Investigates specific inquiries (client or Matrix); retrieves and provides necessary supporting documentation for member engagement
    • Participates in team efforts to standardize processes
    • Assists with data file analysis
    • Creates forecasts and brings to light trends and opportunities that can mitigate risk and continue to improve performance
    • Other duties as assigned based upon the evolution of the business, client demands and business needs

    Qualifications

     

    Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Analytics, Mathematics or related field.

     

     

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience. Extensive document composition and member engagement marketing experience required. Experience with Red Point platform is preferred.

    • Solid knowledge of multi-channel material creation and document management (e.g., mail, email, call center, etc.)
    • Experienced in the conversion and analysis of various data streams to be imported into document management software
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including proven ability to identify and present findings
    • Advanced organizational and project management abilities, including the ability to work within tight deadlines on a range of projects
    • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities that support opportunity identification and campaign development, tracking and measurement
    • Advanced proficiency of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software tools. Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Tableau and statistical reporting software preferred

    Desired:

    • Knowledge of the medical health-care Industry is a plus

     

    Supervisory Responsibility: Indirect leadership opportunities working with cross-functional teams, internal staff and outside consultants and/or agencies

     

    Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
