    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Facility Administration Coordinator performs administrative duties necessary to ensure Provider (NP) success in the field. The Coordinator works with our team of providers and field managers via phone and email to help them in their day to day within Skilled Nursing Facilities.

     

    Responsibilities

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Point of Contact for Field on all things SNF.
    • Researches discrepancies between the EOD, LTI, and RR, and performs audits when necessary. 
    • Data entry in ACES and other systems to reflect accurate membership details.
    • Processes Provider (NP) updates to the RR on a daily basis.
    • Troubleshoots Facility issues (data errors, SNF issues, membership details etc.).
    • Researches Facility locations and update information in ACES.
    • Processes eligibility requests from Providers throughout the country.
    • Troubleshoots problems with Credentialing, discharges, and facility relations.
    • Implements new Clients ensuring EOD & LTI files are scheduled for processing and Facilities are opened and assigned.
    • Process daily reports and other reporting functions.
    • Performs other assigned tasks and duties as necessary.
    • Communicate with SNF employees directly for verification and relationship management.

     

    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements:

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

     

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Two years experience in a fast-paced and production oriented business office, healthcare environment preferred. Professional phone skills a must.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA rules and regulations.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel.
    • Problem solving skills with ability to identify situations requiring the attention of management.
    • Demonstrated success in a team environment and effective communication skills interacting with both internal and external customers.
    • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
