Manager, Field Service Planning

The Manager, Field Service Planning is responsible for the end to end processes to ensure that our practitioners can successfully complete Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHAs) and Quality Gap Closure visits in a combination of home, facility, and mobile settings.
He or she will perform a critical role to ensure multiple divisions within Matrix are aligned on internal and external production targets, as well as, driving action across departments to ensure those targets are met and will work to solve challenges that could impede production.
This position analyzes client demand and works with the Production Operations Analysts to appropriately plan the capacity to meet the clients' demand. The Manager will be the main point of contact for addressing issues with staffing, overall capacity utilization, and production and also will be responsible for generating reports and summarizing key information for the executive management team.
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent in-depth specialized training program. Advanced degree preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
Production Operations Manager will be assigned to a specific region or product and needs to be able to effectively manage a team of analysts.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required.
