    Production Operations Director


    Matrix Medical Network works with our health plan clients to ensure that in-home and mobile comprehensive health assessments are conducted for their at-risk members.  On average, through a collaborative effort with multiple internal departments, our practitioners  visit 2,500 - 3,000 members per day.  


    These comprehensive health assessments provide essential diagnostic insights into the health status of the health plan members, which often result in life-saving interventions! 


    Production Operations is the team that ensures that the essential health care practitioners and/or mobile units are in the right place at the right time in order to be able to meet our health plan clients' needs.

    The Production Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the end to end production of Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHAs) and Quality Gap Closure visits in the home, facility, and mobile setting.


    The Director is responsible for the oversight of direct field staffing requirements, production forecasting, overall capacity utilization, and total production. This position is responsible for ensuring corporate and client production goals are met and strategically diagnosing and solving the challenges that could impede the production.


    The Director is also responsible to ensure production schedules can be met and that client needs are the first priority of the team. This position must work effectively with the Production Forecasting, Contact Center, Credentialing and Clinical Operations to ensure all key performance indicators are on track to achieve business and client objectives.


    • Create and execute a vision for Production Operations that further enhances the team’s abilities and tools to meet both internal and Client demands
    • Oversee the creation and approvals of production forecasts and direct field staffing requirements
    • Communicate with Account Directors on specific Client needs and production requirements
    • Align the organization on production targets and requirements to achieve those goals
    •  Fully understand all KPIs and metrics that drive the business.
    • Must be able to identify any potential challenge that may derail production schedules and react accordingly in a timely manner.


    Educational Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in depth specialized training program.

    Six Sigma Green Belt preferred


    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • 5 - 7 Years progressive experience in production planning, production operations, material operations of scheduling function in a field service environment or equivalent
    • Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding business environment and translating business requirements
    • Demonstrated understanding of production processes
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize activities, and meet established goals in a rapidly changing environment
    • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners
    • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
    • Experience working with and proficiency using an MRP based computer system
    • Advanced proficiency of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software tools. Knowledge of MS SQL Server and statistical reporting software preferred
    • Advanced ability in math and computer skills
