    The Recruiter will oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations inclusive of recruitment for all Matrix Medical Network locations. The incumbent will provide customer focused service and will serve as a recruitment subject matter expert to leadership, providing best practice methodology, process improvement and support.In addition, the Recruiter will ensure consistency and compliance with Matrix Medical Network employment policies and programs as well as support initiatives of Human Resources.

    Responsibilities

    • Sources potential candidates through various sourcing channels, but not limited to online sources only.
    • Ability to maintain a 20 candidate per week sourcing channel of new potential candidates.
    • Consistent pipeline activity for active Matrix locations, or expanding business opportunity.
    • Partner with Human Resources and hiring leadership to pro-actively develop strategies and forecast
    • Provide input into the design, implementation and coordination of cost effective recruitment programs to support Matrix initiatives and meet service level objectives.
    • Manage recruiting activities, correspondence and data analysis through an applicant tracking system
    • Acts as a liaison with outside vendors and community based organizations to assist in recruiting efforts
    • Develop and implements consistent communication strategies to engage internal and external customers. • Assure compliance

    Qualifications

    • 2 years minimum experience in high volume call center recruiting environment required.
    • At least 1 year of current iCIMS or Taleo system experience preferred. 
    • Ability to maintain recruitment metric requirements based on recruitment role.
    • Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws.
    • Strong proficiency in computer based programs such as MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrated success in change and project management. Analytic and organization skills.

    Educational Requirements:

     

    Bachelor's Degree preferred 

     

    Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required.

     

    Work Conditions: General office environment.
