Reporting to the Command Center Manager the Data Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and technical analysis and reporting for data supporting the Contact Center daily operations within the Command Center. This includes oversight and maintenance of existing tools and databases, as well as the implementation of new technology as required by the business. This position will also serve as a direct after-hour/Disaster recovery remote support as necessary and/or scheduled. The Data Analyst will support the organization in meeting goals and client satisfaction by using data and leveraging technology innovation.
Primary interactions are with Contact Center, Clinical Support, Reporting and Analytics, Quality Support (QS) , Production Planning and Control (PPC), Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD), Information Technology (IT) teams, Member Engagement & Marketing.
